Prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. Single room supplements/single rates are listed where applicable. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Due to currency fluctuation, prices may vary before full payment is received. Prices are based on specific days of travel and are subject to limited availability. All standard rooms, unless otherwise specified. If for any reason, a particular hotel is not available at the time of arrival, we reserve the right to change the accommodations to another hotel, of similar or higher category.

A non-refundable booking fee of $ 150.00 per person will be required to confirm availability and reconfirm prices. Once all services and prices are confirmed, 30% deposit is required within 7 days. Full payment must be received in our office 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise instructed. Payments must be made by certified check or money order.

A $50 fee will be charged for all bookings within 30 days of departure.

A handling fee of $30 per transaction will be charged for any alterations or revisions. Spelling corrections to clients' names after air tickets have been issued will be subject to airline revision fees. Courier delivery costs will also apply if any changes are necessary. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 60 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and new booking. Regular cancellation fees will apply.

If cancellation in writing is received by ZOHAR TOURS more than 60 days prior to departure, the non-refundable deposit will be retained. For cancellations received within 60 days prior to departure, the following per person fees will apply (except for Carnival, New Year's, conventions and/or special tours or cruises, where other cancellation policy may apply):

60-21 days prior to departure: 20% of land price

20-08 days prior to departure: 50% of land price

07-03 days prior to departure: 75% of land price

Within 72 hours prior to departure: 100% of land price

If the airfare is refundable, a $50 per ticket fee will be assessed to clients besides all airlines fees. In other cases, not refund will be given.

All documents must be returned to ZOHAR TOURS in order to process a refund. No air refund will be made after travel has commenced or if a flight is missed/delayed.

No refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have commenced.

Flight schedule is not guaranteed. ZOHAR TOURS shall not be responsible for any airline schedule change, delays, cancellations or the airline's inability to perform. Passengers are responsible to reconfirm all flights. Airfare is guaranteed when ZOHAR TOURS receives full payment. Airline tickets may be paid by check, money order or any major credit card. Most airfares are non-refundable. Please make sure you are informed about the difficulties associated with these types of tickets.

Seats assignments are not guaranteed. If seats selection is not available through ZOHAR TOURS, seats will be assigned at airport check in.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Ask for brochure.

Airlines tickets, vouchers and other travel documents will be mailed within 14 days prior to departure. If tickets are lost or stolen, clients will be required to purchase a new ticket and file for a Lost Ticket Application Form directly with the airline for reimbursement. All travel documents are not transferable. Securing any needed visas is the responsibility of the passenger. Please check with the consulates about visa and health requirements.

Departure taxes are not included in airfare. Some other taxes might apply for land packages or services. Gratuities are not included.

ZOHAR TOURS AND OR ITS AGENTS shall at no time be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused for arising in connection with any transportation, hotel or other service or products provided through ZOHAR TOURS, or as a Government or the authorities, war, civil disturbance, hijacks, thefts, or other circumstances beyond their control.
